Forge Will Not boot up for me, no mods, it just wont boot up

alright, my forge will not load in, it just say the game crashed with no crash report,it specificly says this 

Failed to download file, the file contents differ from what was expected.
Name: jna-4.4.0.jar

how do i fix this
