Hello, i've recently bought minecraft. And i got curious and wanted to test out some mods. So i download 1.14.4, but it comes out as a normal file instead of a jar file? Im not sure. I need help.

    i forgot to say i downloaded forge 1.14.4, not minecraft 1.14.4.
