So, it is crazy bug with damage indicators and of course CustomNPC. I tried to find any decision, but all my attempts failed.

This is infinite regen or infinite damage, but amount of health doesn't change. 
This problem disappears if you log in to the server again. This problem does not exist at all NPCs and appears randomly...

Sorry for possible mistakes. I don't speak English.
