Run 2+ Forge servers

Hello everyone.
I have a local server and I would like to host several minecraft servers, but I don't know how to configure the address, I only have one private ip and one public ip.
At first I thought about using virtual machines, but it is wasting a lot of system power.

You would need to use separate ports if you only have one IP.

Is there an application like Docker that generates its own ip for each server?

That won't help you, because you still only have one public IP, which is what other people use to connect to your server.

A public IP would have to be assigned by your ISP.
