Hey! I've been trying to hook up a modding workspace but every time I try running my mod it shows this error:

Error: Could not find or load main class GradleStart

My java home variable is set:

But here it still points to my JRE:

What can I do?

Why do you even have a JRE installed?

Not for mod dev, but how can I fix this?

A JDK is a superset of a JRE. You do not need both.

Yes but that isn't the problem. Why is eclipse pointing to the JRE not JDK

And again: You should not have both installed.

I don't know what I would change in my eclipse settings

Okay.

For a start, which Minecraft version are you working with?

Every version I've tried I have this error. Right now I'm trying 1.8.9 but I tried 1.12.2
