Minecraft Forge crash on startup

My friends Minecraft keeps crashing before the Minecraft window appears. For me it works just fine no crashes no bugs nothing. He tried installing other versions of Forge, reinstalling mods, updating java but nothing worked I tried to help him but it didn't work.
