cant install forge

all of my installations on my minecraft launcher got deleted somehow

i tried getting back forge 1.8.9 and it said that it was successfully downloaded even though it wasnt

i was able to redownload forge for 1.12 but not 1.8 i need help

  okay, removed that and it is still not blue yet.

  That might not be enough, but this is the last line of the latest.log when it crashes and the only like that messes up- [25Apr2025 15:49:38.224] [Flywheel Task Executor #3/WARN] [Embeddium-MixinTaintDetector/]: Mod(s) [oculus] are modifying Embeddium class me.jellysquid.mods.sodium.client.render.vertex.serializers.VertexSerializerRegistryImpl, which may cause instability.
