My Forge suddenly wont work for Minecraft I need help and uit's been like this for a week or so.

So Ive been playing forge for a while now but then suddenly one day it wont launch, it gets stuck on "preparing" I have no idea why I tried removing the mods reinstalling other versions of forge. Even though the vanilla versions work like 1.12.2, 1.7.10., 1.8.9, etc works fine but when I try it with forge versions like forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847 or forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1230 it just wont work I've even tried reinstalling Minecraft someone please help it's been like this for over a week or so. Someone, anyone please help. If I need to send more info to solve the problem just say want to send because I truly don't know at this point
