1.15.2, error loading resource packs loop

Just finished weeding out unusable mods for a MC 1.15.2 forge setup, and the game now enters into this perpetual infinite loop of loading up the game. The log says that it's failing to load the resource packs, but there's nothing obvious in here that suggests why it isn't loading them properly, and I have no ideas what's going on.

Turns out it was Blur actually, not Storage Drawers.
