Server crashes on startup

I followed a tutorial on youtube about how to make a forge server for me and a couple of friend. I started the server without mods and it worked perfectly fine but as soon as I put a mod in the server crashes on startup. I don't know how to fix this problem and I don't know anything about codes and stuff pls help.
