Exception while ticking world error with OTG + Biome Bundle

I can create and load a world just fine, and it'll run for about two to five minutes before crashing with an exception while ticking world error. I've tried experimenting with other mods in my folder and removing them (with the exception of Optifine) to see if I could isolate which one was causing the bug, but it just seems to be OTG itself. I've deleted and remade OTGCore, problem still occurs. This is my first time trying out mods in a few years so I'm not really sure what else to do.
