Error with the command "gradlew setupDecompWorkspace".

Good morning, 
I'm a tutorial for creating mods on Minecraft.
I installed the jdk 8u241 and the jre 8u241 in 64 bit.
In short, I installed then forge for 1.12.2, I extracted the archive, I also added in the system variables what was needed.

Then I opened the cmd and wrote "cd path of the folder with the extracted archive" and then I wrote "gradlew setupDecompWorkspace".

What can I do?
