Absurd tick lag coming from new Minecraft installation - help!!

Hello,

I've been experiencing ridiculous tick lag giving me 1 fps on a particular Minecraft installation that I haven't experienced previously. I have recently run much larger modpacks and have not had this issue (this one runs 68 mods). The F3 + shift pie chart is 99% tick, and I have attached a report I got from running /debug start for around 2 minutes. If anyone knows what my issue is or what to do please let me know...thank you!

If I'm in the wrong place for help on this type of issue, can someone let me know where I should go? Thanks again.
