Can anyone help me figure out why my server is crashing?

Every time I have been trying to load up my forge server, it keeps going just fine, but then it suddenly crashes, and I can't figure out what is causing it. Here is the crash log: https://pastebin.com/PQy5jMiL. Any assistance would be quite appreciated! If you need any other info, feel free to ask! Thank you for your time!
