Custom modpack server crashes on start

Hi! I'm trying to sort out a modded server for my friends and I, and I am having an issue where it crashes every time I try to start it up. I looked at the debug.log and it says something about TwitchSpawn having an issue, however this is one of the mods that I can't get rid of so I was wondering if any of you have any idea what I could do. The server worked at one point yesterday, so I wasn't sure why it stopped working today. Thanks!
