When I try to download Minecraft forge a message pops up saying, "This app does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page." I've opened the default apps settings page before but I have no idea what association to create for it, what do I do?

 

I am using a Dell laptop, but this also does not work on my Dell desktop pc, showing the same message. I am playing Minecraft on Java edition.
