1.12.2 Forge for Modded Server Not Downloading

I am attempting to create a modded server for my friend and I with about 25-30 mods using the 1.12.2 version of Forge.  The problem is that every time I load up my run.bat it gives me errors.  I believe it may have something to do with the way I coded it in the New Text Document before creating the run.bat.  The errors that appear for me are as follows:

If anyone could help me out with solving these issues, it would be a tremendous help.
