Setting restricted values for the config

So i have been trying to get make my config have values that cannot exceed set values,

i have tried to use 

   

 @Name("2) Green")
    @Comment("Set the direction that the player will be facing when auto mining in degrees.")
    @RangeInt(min = 0, max = 100)
    public int direction = 0;

but that doesn't seem to do anything, and my config looks like this

i have tried changing the config to include #Max and #Min but it keeps overriding it when i run the mod

# Configuration file

general {
    I:direction=0
}

any help would be much appreciated
