Forge 1.7.10 texture bug

So i downloaded Forge 1.7.10 the recommended version downloaded it into minecraft and everything worked except that the texture packs are kinda messy and every Time I start the Game The messy texture packs are random. After that i downloaded the latest Version and it was totally the same. But when i start the game on 1.7.10 without Forge everything is normal. The only thing that i have are some screenshots about how it looks.

 

Could someone please help me?
