I have -Xmx and -Xms set to 1024M in the debug arguments.

java - version returns

java version "1.8.0_251"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_251-b08)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.251-b08, mixed mode)

When i try to run it in debug mode a window pops up saying,

Error: Could not create the JVM.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will now exit.

Upon closing this window another one pops up saying

'Launching Client' has encountered a problem

Cannot connect to VM

  Socket operation on nonsocket: configureBlocking

 

Any help would be appreciated.
