Forge doesn't install itself

Forge installer says insallation was succesful, but i can't find forge version in minecraft launcher

yes, i went to create new profile and scrolled to the bottom, no forge

what to do?

1.15.2-31.1.0 didnt appear in forge, theres only 1.12.2 which i installed before and it worked normally 

do i need to uninstall 1.12.2 forge in order to make 1.15.2 work?

where should log be located?

so if forge installer is on desktop, log should appear on desktop too? it didnt appear
