can't see in some biomes

Like the name implies I can't see in some biomes. every block turns black and the sky turns to a very bright color and I can't see anything. I had this problem when I was playing on integrated graphics and when I bought my Radeon HD 7450 but on my friend pc who has Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050TI it works just fine so I'm wondering if it is my GPU or can I do something about it
