So Forge is having a hard time installing. It keeps saying that the com.google.guava:guava:20.0 and com.google.guava:guava:25.1-jre libraries failed to install. I'm not sure how to provide a log, but that's all I know. Thanks in advance.

 

EDIT: found the log file.

EDIT 2: Solved! I had to shut down my computer and turn it on a few times, and for some reason that worked.

forge-1.15.2-31.2.8-installer.jar.log
