minecraft doesnt launch after start

Hey,

My minecraft is not launching after I click play on the launcher . I have to go to task manager then force-stop 2 minecraft launchers , then I have to click minecraft launcher again . And then when i click play it does not start. I think it may be an error between the connection of forge. my minecraft is 1.12.2 since it has the most mods
