Forge 1.12.2 Not Showing in Launcher

I'm trying to install some mods however Forge 1.12.2 appears in the versions file, but not in the installations drop-down in the launcher.

I have tried reinstall Forge many times,deleting all Forge versions then reinstalling and anything else I saw in similar forums.
