Forge 1.15.2 server crashing on startup

I run a forge server and it has run smoothly up until now. Every time I start it, it runs for about 20 - 30 seconds and then gives this error message :[m[1;31m[09:15:25] [Server thread/ERROR] [minecraft/MinecraftServer]: Encountered an unexpected exception
com.electronwill.nightconfig.core.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available
