After doing gradlew build and importing my mod into Minecraft my custom dimension doesn't spawn structures properly at all

I made a mod which generates an infinite office building in minecraft and this is how it generates when i use my IDE: https://imgur.com/a/RN0VfuD and here's how it generates in my actual minecraft: https://imgur.com/a/aG1RYFG lowkey kinda freaked out on wtf happened. i searched around forge forums and i believe it may have to do with my gradlew file i have no idea tbh. Here is my mod jar: modid-1.0.jar

  Days ago i deleted a mod from my minecraft server, ''lightsout'', because it was giving error, The content of this mod did not load correctly in the chunks, and it freezes the server, making it impossible to play until restarted. When I deleted the mod I thought I had already solved this problem, but it kept showing in the server log that entities from this mod could not be generated correctly, and then the server froze.
