My server was working perfectly fine with all of the mods that i had on it until i restarted the server and suddenly i am getting this error

 

[FML]: The state engine was in incorrect state CONSTRUCTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded.

 

Not very knowledgeable about modding servers so any help is appreciated
