forge crash need help

I load up minecraft with forge, i also have kami blue and salhack and it keeeps crashing saying "

There was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from KAMI Blue
 (kamiblue)" below i have attached the crash report
