Hello.

I would like to ask you if there is any event which fires when a Resource Pack loads / changes?

If no, how can I detect it?

I'd like to run some things when the user loading a Resource Pack (client-side mod).

I'd like to get the loaded Resource Pack (file location?) and then calculate the SHA1 hash of the pack.

If it's blacklisted in our system then cancel the loading process or close the game with an error message.

I can check it before / during / after too, the hash doesn't change, does it?
