Forge 1.12.2 won't start and keeps crashing

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling forge, I've tried restarting my PC multiple times, I turned off all my antiviruses and tried running it, but for some reason, no matter what I do, it always just crashes before the game even opens up
It always just says:
"ERROR
Game crashed
An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience"

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.
