How do i download 1.15.2 versions of forge?

I'm on windows and it doesn't say theres a windows installer on it. I tried the regular installer and downloaded it but i couldn't use it. Some installer buttons going into the site where you click skip don't load the page to.forge-1.15.2-31.2.0-installer.jar
