Mod mobs not spawning in multiplayer server

Running forge 1.15.2 with the following mods:

CLIENT SIDE MODS:

Optifine

Mini Map

SERVER SIDE MODS:

Just Enough Items

Biomes O plenty

Better MineShafts

Anamilium

Better Animals Plus

The problem is, the mob mods work in single player and the clothes that come with them also work in multiplayer, its just mobs refuse to spawn. even using spawn eggs just produces the sound of the mob and then nothing happens. Im trying to get a server up for the boys, running it off my own system. My specs are well more than enough, here they are just in case:

2080ti ftw3

i78700k @5ghz

64Gb ram 3200mhz

2tb ss

if any other information is needed please let me know. Im not new to modding and know what im doing mostly, im just stuck right now.

FoxyWoxy In Wemmbus videos the stab shots are with tnt minecarts and not tnt. Yours works ok but I would appreciate that change in the future. Thanks!

do you notice that it stops the internal server for the singleplayer worlds.
