I am trying to play a modpack on MC 1.5.2, but I can't seem to install forge. Every time I try to install it, I get the same "Libraries failed to download" error. I'll attach a screenshot of the specific error. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Java and the version of Minecraft. Any help?

  An uneducated guess: can you move the layers by a 1000th in any direction? It works on custom models via Blockbench.
