[1.15] Question About Adding Capability to an ItemStack From My Mod

So I've figured out so far that I need to create a capability wrapper class to store the data from the capability. Now my question is what do I put inside the getCapability() method override. Is it the same thing I would put in it if it was a TileEntity? Or do I put something different?



Another question: Do I return a new instance of my capability wrapper in the custom item's initCapabilities() method?
