[1.12.2] Entity that moves only when not being watched

Hello

I've been trying for some time to create an entity that only moves if a player doesn't look at it.

 

Simply put, when one or more players are turned around and don't have the entity in their field of vision, the entity can start to move freely and kill the players.

 

Thank you in advance to the valiant people who will help me.
