1.12.2 Models not loading with file not found exception

My models aren't loading and it gives me a objectively false FileNotFound exception when starting, causing the model to just not load, I used my mod base which worked everytime so far, the only thing that I changed this time was using IntellIJ and I kind of think that that is the issue, I already tried using other mods I made in the past with intelliJ and it gave me the same FileNotFound error which I never had when using eclipse, here is the exception:
