Forge wont work

I've downloaded java and attempted to download forge, it comes up with the logo it said was right on the YouTube video I watched but it wont open like it said and I cant figure out how to put it in Minecraft.

So your issue is that you cannot open the installer?

did it to prove what the logo on it was. 

yeah the issues that I cant open it, I press open and nothing happens.

If your launcher is not running use jarfix or run it manually.
