/fml confirm

Hi,

 

so I am running a server PC at home with two Minecraft Servers (one modded, one vanilla) and I have some issues with the modded one. it runs forge for 1.12.2 (the recommended version) and all in all it works very well. But anytime i'm trying to delete a mod it wont start cause it wants me to "Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed.
Alternatively start the server with -Dfml.queryResult=confirm or -Dfml.queryResult=cancel to preselect the answer." (i think you all know that message)

My problem is now, that the server just won't take the command. im entering "/fml confirm" and he just does... nothing. the query result thingy doesnt work either. I tried it (putting it in a server starting .bat text file - not sure if thats the way to do it) but it just gets to the same point and wants me to enter /fml confirm.
 

I'm not quite sure qhat to do now. I added the mods botania, blood magic and some thermal stuff and i know that botania has some problems with other mods (in m case quark). theres some config you have to change in quark so botania and quark dont have a similar item or something? anyways, caused by quark not having this item anymore through the config, the console tells me that theres something missing (what i already know) and wants me to enter /fml confirm but it wont do anything after that. so i tried opening the world in singleplayer, then moving the world data back to the server. kind of worked, but now its missing some sounds from rftools or something and is asking again to confirm or cancel and wont take my confirmation (wont take cancel too, its just doing nothing)

EDIT: I'm using mc my admin (not sure if this matters)
annnnnd no commands work
i tried restarting with /restart (works normally) but after this fml confirm thing it wont do it
takes no commands after the confirmation question

Ok so
i dunno if anybody even read my post lol

but for those who might have the same problem - it seems to be mc my admin which prevents that shit to work

if you start the server normally or (in my case) through a start.bat textfile it will work
