So I'm working on my mod and I wanted to make a enderman-like creature that is always from the very start holding a lapis lazuli block. So I wondered if anyone could tell me how I could do this since, the vanilla minecraft is using some variables that holds what they are able to carry and then they make them randomly picking up blocks from those they are able to pick up.
