I can't connect to my server externally

All my forge servers that I've attempted to run recently, MindCrack, and now Aether II won't show up on my server list under my IP addresses and can only be connected to with localhost, much appreciated if one could help me, thanks.

I've port forwarded correctly I run my normal server almost everyday.. There isn't any errors as I can join just no one else can.
