World crashes after changing dimensions

My world keeps crashing when changing dimensions on all modpacks, this wasn't an issue when I first got my computer about two years ago, although its getting pretty annoying now that I have to keep going through dimensions to progress and crashing each time I go to from one dimension to another. Let me know if theres any fixes or if anyone needs any logs of a kind.
