1.16.1 Freezing on "FML Early Loading Process"

Hello, I've been installing 1.16.1 mods through the Twitch launcher in a custom modpack, and it always freezes on the "FML Early Loading Process". It Doesn't crash or close the application, it just says not responding, I've tried installing Forge 1.16.1 again but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

    So I'm guessing removing the mod is the best way to go? Also how can I tell if a mod is causing problems so in the future I don't have to make a forums post?
