Avvio congelato del caricatore mod di Forge

then, I would like to play minecraft in 1.16.3 (with mods) only that when I start the game everything seems to be fine except that when loading the mod menu at the bottom left it tells me freezing data and then tells me two loaded mods that are forge and another of minecraft how do I get all the other mods to work
