I cant download forge because of the broken ad site

It just wont let me download it. Every time i do it doesnt connect to the ad website. Im trying to download forge 1.14.4
edit: adfoc.us will not connect under any circumstance, even without ads, just connecting to their website

  i tried to disable all the mods except crafting dead mods and storage drawer but it gives the same "rocket issue"

  Make a test with deleting the options.txt - looks like a keybind is invalid
