Hello everyone, thank you for reading this. 

 

 

Whenever I try to Download Forge 1.16.3 (Either Version, I've tried both), the Download goes through successfully, but the actual Forge File that has been downloaded always is a REGULAR .Jar File and NOT as a EXECUTABLE .Jar File!

 

My question here, is: How do I get Forge to download as an EXECUTABLE .Jar File instead of a REGULAR .Jar File?
