Forge will not open .

I've been having this problem where when I click on the forge it says "error java download not complete" , It also says unable to install java but I have checked and it says installed and have redownloaded it plenty of times. Please help.

I know you guys don't support 1.12.2 but It doesn't work for any forge that just the one I tested it with for the picture.

I ran that and it still isnt working. Is there something I did wrong?

This is the exact same problem I'm having. I did post about that but for some reason it's not showing..I'll try jarfix as well and see if that helps.
