Help making mod [1.5.2]

Hello modding community, i am making a private modded server for 1.5.2.

 

However there is a mod that doesn't exist so i want to make a mod, and was wondering how do you make a mod for 1.5.2?

ok ill do that, and so i know where i can get the forge api document for 1.5.2 (Do want to point out im making this mod for 1.5.2 not 1.15.2, so you dont get confused)
