Minecraft 1.13 or higher Forge crash

Yeah, I'm here again. I still have the same problem I guess. If I want to start Minecraft 1.13 or higher with forge installed, it keeps instant crashing. I only have two logs, but I tried to start the game like ten times now, so I think it doesn't produce any new logs. I'll link the Game Output of the Legacy launcher, and the two logs. I hope that will help.
