Hello, I'd like to ask, How do I host a server with selected mods only?
I wanna play with my friends with some mods, but I dont know how to do it.

You put the mods in the mods folder of the server.

Not quite sure what your question is.

So all i have to do is just download the server and shove the mods into it?

You set up a Forge server using the Forge installer.

I've tried doing that but nothing works.

You will need to be more specific than "nothing works".

image.thumb.png.7e910b11b7b14cfd94209b9784b387ed.pngIt says that ,,there are already files at the target directory, even tho i never downloaded the server.

Yes, you need to select an empty folder to create the server in.

So just make a folder and download it there?

Yes.

Ok, so after I downloaded it, how do I launch it and put the mods in?

You launch it by starting the generated forge jar file.

You put mods in the mods folder of the server folder.

Ok, done it, now how do i get the IP?

It needs to be the IP address of the computer running the server.

There isn't a way to change it?
